Description
This cloak is sewn with threads of various colors that seem to shimmer and change hue.
Effect
As an action, the wearer can speak a command word to make themselves appear as a different race, roughly the same height and build, for up to 10 minutes. The disguise is purely visual and does not hold up to physical inspection. Once used, the cloak cannot be used again until the next dawn.
